Appointments and Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

Health and Safety

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information and disclose any medical conditions
• Inform us of any changes to your health status before each appointment
• Follow any pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions provided
• Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions or discomfort during treatment

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfers
• Course packages must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable

Limitations of Liability

Our treatments are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program. Sandra Daly Wellbeing is not liable for any outcomes resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Professional Conduct

We maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and expect the same from our clients. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
